Shipping Policy for Project Alius/Alius DA

Welcome to Project Alius/Alius DA. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders. You agree to the terms outlined in this policy by placing an order.

1. Shipping Information and Costs

We ship both domestically and internationally from our base in Norway. Shipping costs depend on the destination, order weight, and dimensions. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Please note:

  • For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the customer's responsibility.

  • Certain countries may have restrictions or prohibitions on the import of specific items. It is your responsibility to check local regulations.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days. However, during high-demand periods, such as product launches or holidays, processing times may extend. Orders placed on weekends or Norwegian public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe (EU): 7-14 days.

  • Rest of the World: ≈ 14 days.

  • Pre-Orders: 4-12 weeks excluding delivery time.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the returned item meets the conditions outlined in our Terms of Service (e.g., unworn, in original condition, with tags attached), the item’s price will be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If you are returning a product due to a fault or error on our part, please contact us for assistance, as we may cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Return instructions are given when the order has been placed.

4. Tracking Information and Customs

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation in your inbox. If you do not receive a mail, please contact us at support@projectalius.com.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying these additional costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
