Terms of Service for Project Alius/Alius DA


Welcome to Project Alius more known as Alius DA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. General Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian if you are under 18;

  • Will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

All purchases are subject to availability and our pricing policies. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use the payment method provided; this includes ensuring that the payment method is valid and authorized for the transaction.

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Sales are subject to our refund and return policies, which comply with European consumer protection laws.

2. Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

Project Alius/Alius DA ships clothing both domestically and internationally from Norway. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Alius is not responsible for delays caused by external factors. 

Pre-Orders take anywhere between 4-12 weeks excluding delivery time.

Refund and return policies comply with European laws, including your right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Infringe upon the rights of others;

  • Interfere with the operation of our Services;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Alius/Alius DA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Alius/Alius DA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Europe.
